Refund policy
At Styleoxa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging & tags
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on sale or discount
- Personalized / custom-made products
- Innerwear or hygiene-related items
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your Order ID and reason for return
- Our team will guide you with return instructions
⚠️ Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer (unless item is defective or wrong).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved → refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to:
- Original payment method OR
- Bank account (in case of COD)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider

Exchanges
We only replace items if:
- Item is defective
- Wrong product delivered
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos as proof
